Experience

With more than 10 years of experience working in business systems I've helped organizations improve processes, implement new technology, enhance reporting, and develop solutions that support their operational needs.

My experience includes Salesforce administration, business process analysis, process automation, reporting and dashboards, user adoption and process improvement. I also bring experience working within environments where quality and regulatory requirements are essential considerations.

Throughout my career, I've focused on finding the balance between what a business needs and what its people want to use. A technically sound solution isn't successful if it creates unnecessary complexity or isn't adopted by the people who rely on it.
